This would make a wonderful centerpiece on your Christmas table!
Materials:
* Toothpicks
* Marshmallows
* Cotton balls
* Red and Black gumdrops
* large red apples
Directions:
Using toothpicks, show the children how to stick the five marshmallows into a large red apple to form the head, arms and legs of Santa. Next, they place a large red gumdrop on Santa's head to form his hat. Have the children place two red gumdrops for Santa's gloves and two black gumdrops for his boots. Tell the children to use a small piece of cotton for his beard and tiny pieces of gumdrops for his other features.
