Flubber Recipe!

This is my favorite recipe to make with my children! It is a fabulous sensory activity!!

Mix with hands:

* 1 1/2 cups water
* 2 Cups of glue

Mix and Add:

* 1 cup warm water
* 3 tsp. Borax powder
* Food Coloring

Mix all of the above ingredients in a large shallow plastic tub of water table. Let the children explore with their hands!

Recipe #2

5 tbs. Borax
2 cups Elmer’s Glue
2 ½ cups of water
Liquid coloring

Mix 1 ½ cups of water and 2 cups of glue in a big bowl. Add color and stir it up. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining 1 cup of water and the 5 tbsp. of Borax. After it’s dissolved, pour the Borax mixture slowly and a little at a time into the glue and water mixture. At first it appears slimy, but keep kneading until it becomes one big flubber ball! It will keep in an airtight container for a few weeks. Play with it, explore it, and watch it stretch as you hold it!
