Ingredients:
* 1 1/4 cup flour
* 1/2 cup cocoa powder
* 1/2 cup salt
* 1/2 Tablespoon cream of tarter
* 1 1/2 Tablespoons cooking oil
* 1 cup of boiling water
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the oil and the boiling water. Stir quickly, mixing well. When cool, mix with your hands. Store in a airtight container!
